The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail and wholesale partners to expand the reach of our beauty brand. You’ll work closely with our partners to ensure product availability, drive sales, and meet business goals. This role involves sales strategy, account management, and close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing and operations. You will act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and executing strategies that align with the brand’s growth objectives.
- Manage relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and sales strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration, revenue growth, and overall performance within retail and wholesale channels.
- Work closely with retailers to provide product knowledge, ensure proper merchandising, and implement promotional campaigns that boost sales.
- Identify and pursue new retail and wholesale opportunities, expanding the brand’s presence in the beauty market.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely product delivery to partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with retail and wholesale partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail or wholesale account management in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop strong partner relationships.
