None We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Approved Social Worker AMHP to join our Duty Team within the Community Mental Health and Social Assessment CMHSA service. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high quality mental health and social care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking statutory duties under the Mental Health Act and contributing to the effective functioning of the duty team. Key Responsibilities Undertake Mental Health Act assessments as an AMHP
Contribute to risk assessments and care planning
Provide timely intervention and support in crisis situations
Liaise closely with service users carers and partner agencies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting
Essential Criteria Current AMHP qualification Approved Mental Health Professional
Social Work qualification degree or equivalent
Registration with Social Work England
Recent experience working in a UK mental health setting
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation policies and safeguarding procedures
