Are you ready to kick-start your career in Web Design? Do you want to work for an asset management firm who have landed multimillions in investments from growth-stage companies? Our client has an exciting internship available and would love to hear from you!

This is a 3 month summer Internship, paying £120 per day based in Westminster. The role will be Hybrid with 3 days minimum in the London office, based in Westminster.

About the company: Our client is a boutique Asset Management firm based in Westminster specialising in long-only equity funds and private equity investments. Established 20 years ago, responsible, ethical investing is core to their business.

The Role:

  • You will be joining the digital side of the marketing team.
  • We are offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic & creative Web Designer to join our in-house digital team.
  • The ideal candidate will be creative, motivated, and have experience in web design.
  • Your primary focus will be working with the digital team to come up with designs/concepts for a redesign of our main site, taking them from the initial design brief through to wireframing, design, and build.
  • Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with our outsourced web developer, in-house team, and wider teams across the Marketing department.

As the web design Intern you will:

  • Collaborate as part of an in-house digital team while reporting to the head of digital.
  • Conceptualise, design and build components and templates, landing pages, and general web page layouts.
  • Develop a new look and feel while incorporating their current campaign and brand guidelines.
  • Generate innovative ideas and concepts that are accurate and of high quality.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise web pages based on data insights.

About You:

  • It is essential to be an expert in Figma, with the ability to demonstrate expertise through previously completed projects or a portfolio.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • You must have a portfolio showcasing your design skills.
  • Strong communication, self-starter.
  • Degree in Web Design/Graphics Design or equivalent experience.
  • A creative and proactive mindset, with a passion for web design.
