Basic Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + performance bonus

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our body shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating and managing the team to deliver quality repairs on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all activities at the repair centre, managing line managers and supervisory staff to meet profit targets in line with the business plan.
2. Engage with team members to set output targets and review performance regularly.
3. Manage staff performance and objectives, developing training plans as needed.
4. Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety and housekeeping regulations.
6. Prepare accurate reports and contribute to regional meetings, identifying new business opportunities.

• Excellent leadership and technical skills.
• Strong communication skills for customer service and team management.
• Experience in a managerial role within a bodyshop or similar environment.
