Our client is a leading US firm who is looking to take on a commercial real estate lawyer as part of the ongoing expansion of the London team. They specialise in advising on high-profile transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, developments and financings across UK and Europe. Widely regarded as one of the top firms in London for this practice area, they have developed a reputation for leading high-value and complex deals for investors, funds and developers.
Therefore they are looking for someone at the 1PQE level, although applicants slightly outside of this will still be considered on their merits. It is expected that all candidates will have a good level of experience working on acquisitions and disposals for a range of clients alongside excellent drafting and client management skills. Candidates should have achieved top academics with experience from a leading practice.
