We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead with 10 years of experience in software development and architecture, with deep knowledge in native mobile application technologies (Android/iOS). This role demands strong technical leadership, solution design capability, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating and guiding the implementation of High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. This is a pivotal position requiring close collaboration with product managers, architects, UI/UX teams, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of native mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.
  • Create comprehensive solution architectures, including HLD and LLD, aligning with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that meet product and business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of mobile developers.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices including performance optimization, code quality, and secure coding.
  • Conduct and participate in design and code reviews.
  • Drive the technical roadmap for mobile solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Engage with stakeholders for requirement clarification, project updates, and issue resolution.
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and approaches to improve mobile development efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA to ensure smooth CI/CD integration and robust testing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in software development with a deep knowledge on native mobile applications (Android and/or iOS).
  • Proven experience in technical solutioning, system design, and mobile architecture.
  • Proficiency in mobile development tools and languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C.
  • Deep understanding of mobile platform guidelines, UI/UX standards, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, app store deployment processes, and mobile analytics.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, and backend service collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hybrid mobile technologies (React Native, Flutter).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and mobile security best practices.
  • Exposure to enterprise mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven architecture, or reactive programming.
  • Comfortable with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience in managing geographically distributed teams and vendor collaborations.
