Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: Do you have a solid background in customer service? Are you looking to join a well-established Estate Agency? Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? The role of a Trainee Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding!
Duties will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships internally and externally
Skills required:
- Experience within sales and customer service.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
- Be responsive to change.
- A full UK driving license.
