About the role: Are you a nurturing, passionate, and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Nursery Manager to help us realize our vision of being the leading Early Years provider. Our Co-op Little Pioneers nursery operates with a unique ethos focused on a child-centric approach that emphasizes fun, aiming to nurture a kinder and more considerate generation. Your skills in motivating and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and exceptional experiences for families will support our mission to be rated as outstanding by colleagues, families, and children alike.
Who are we looking for? We want an inspiring leader passionate about coaching, developing, and leading enthusiastic, child-focused educators:
- Exceptional ability and desire to deliver first-class child and customer experiences
- Level 3 or above early years qualification with at least 5 years of Early Years experience
- Level 2 Maths qualification, or willingness to achieve it within 2 years of starting
- An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us)
