The Opportunity: Please note this is a 12 month FTC opportunity, with scope to extend or become permanent due to demand. Due to demand and growth for their leading platform, this well-established health-tech business are looking for another Onboarding Manager to help clients through the post sales experience before go-live! Effectively manage the onboarding journey, working closely with sales, Account Management, technical implementation and support to ensure the most seamless experience to every client. Be the swan, serene and calm above water, whilst below the surface it’s all systems go! Managing 10 – 20 active projects at any given time, you’ll be their point of contact, calming influence and project manager, taking them from sale to go-live with no stress and no friction.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in project management, customer onboarding, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and delivering projects on time and to plan.
  • Experience with change management and driving customer adoption of new technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Hubspot, and LMS platforms, or similar tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
  • Experience working with or within the dental space.

  • A base salary up to £40k with a £5k bonus.
