This is a hybrid working role with flexibility to work both virtually and from a range of Aon office locations including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds and Edinburgh.

What the day will look like:
- As an Investment Associate Consultant you will act as a support consultant for medium to large clients, overseeing the day-to-day deliverables and managing client relationships.
- You will support with the delivery of advice predominantly to defined benefit pension schemes but also endowments, charities, and other institutional clients.
- Your day-to-day focus will include:
- Working with Lead and Support Consultants to build relationships with clients, as well as understand and solve the challenges they face.
- Driving business results through efficient delivery of client service and connecting and working with colleagues across Aon’s specialist teams.
- Identifying opportunities to innovate and drive efficiency.
- Developing junior colleagues into future consultants.
- Promoting an inclusive culture across Aon.
