Location: Leicester, Leicestershire Salary: £60,000 increasing to £65,000 after successful probation About The Role The Business Development Manager will work with operational management, finance, and the business development team to develop and market education services, increase occupancy, and promote Salutem’s values and standards. Key Responsibilities Lead on developing new educational services in line with commissioning demand. Support the referral team and contribute to KPI targets, especially occupancy rates. Build relationships with prospective purchasers, partners, and commissioners. Assist in tenders, bids, and marketing activities. Oversee vacancy and referral processes, and support promotional activities. Collaborate with operational teams to optimize services and maintain corporate culture.
