You will collaborate with various teams to develop requirements and support the Senior Business Analyst on wider projects. You should have some experience in Business Analysis, with strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. How your experience will be utilized Analyze system and change requests to determine validity and content Develop high-quality requirements Follow best practices where applicable Collaborate with Stakeholders, SMEs, Developers, and Testers to support work programs and testing Review existing processes and systems for improvements and efficiencies Support the Senior Business Analyst in wider projects The invaluable experience you’ll bring to help us achieve more Minimum of one year’s experience in Business Analysis Commitment to delivering high-quality requirements and processes Ability to create clear, unambiguous, and detailed documentation Willingness to continue learning and developing in Business Analysis Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Drive to improve and strive for excellence It’s beneficial if you enjoy problem-solving, tackling challenges, and understanding how components fit into the bigger picture.
