Sue Ross Legal is collaborating with a traditional High Street practice that offers comprehensive, efficient, and experienced legal services to local and sub-regional clients, including private clients and small to medium-sized businesses. We are recruiting an Experienced Civil Litigation Manager who is seeking progression into a managerial role.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding an existing and diverse caseload that includes both family and general litigation. The role involves:
- Conducting civil litigation work and supporting our Civil Litigation Partner and team, while taking charge of and developing an existing caseload.
- Engaging with clients professionally to understand and manage their needs.
- Ensuring the safe progression of a wide variety of civil court claims.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Up-to-date knowledge of legal principles. (Must Have)
- Experience of court processes; a law degree is advantageous.
- The ability to produce work independently without support.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills, demonstrating intelligence.
- The ability to manage and control various civil litigation-related and administrative tasks at a high level.
- Excellent telephone and IT skills.
