Salary £13 per hour + weekly bonus and PPE shift allowance Shifts – rolling 5 out of 7 Team Leader – Warehouse Shifts Key Accountabilities Office Duties Processing orders: bringing them onto the system, inputting data on bulk sheets, and generating relevant paperwork (headers, labels, pick notes, etc.) Despatching orders: generating and issuing delivery notes for customers Booking pallets for outload with transport companies via Warrens (email) & Customer Portals Completing Brexit paperwork for Dublin and Belfast, booking cartons and outers on the system Booking order details on Waitrose web portal Inputting dates for M&S export on web portal Pulling all orders on EDI Preparing paperwork – bulk sheets and pick notes Managing pro-rata system/orders Dispatching daily orders for all customers Updating bulk sheets, manifests, and other sheets Unfreezing stock and adjusting stock levels as needed Booking/canceling late courier requests Printing daily loading plans, schedules, labels, and loading manifests Confirming orders by checking and resolving discrepancies Scanning and emailing delivery notes, order copies, and loading manifests to customers/hauliers Canceling or booking vehicles following changes after primary calculation Pulling out and checking outstanding orders Carrying out stock counts for ambient and chilled stock Adjusting accounts accordingly after stock counts Covering for AM Despatch clerk and other Shift Despatch clerks during ASH shifts FGW Duties Picking orders Building pallets Wrapping pallets Loading pallets Leveling off pallets Shunting trailers in the yard Cover for STL – FGW in the absence of the STL Knowledge, Skills & Experience At least 2 years warehouse experience Forklift license Reach truck license desirable but not essential Stand & Ride equipment desirable but not essential Computer skills, including Excel and Word #J-18808-Ljbffr
