Your Suitability for the Care Assistant Role

But don’t panic, we’ll ensure you have all the right training and development because we care for our Care Assistants.

Qualities we are Looking for

• Essential qualities of a Care Assistant include having a genuine concern for others, having the ability to demonstrate kindness , compassion and patience .
• We ask our Care Assistants for a commitment to some evening and weekend working hours.
• It is essential to have a Full Driving Licence and a reliable vehicle in order to be considered for this role.

We also welcome applications from individuals with previous Carer or Support Worker experience. We can offer you a stable career in these uncertain times.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant

• Providing personal care duties
• Administering medication
• Manual handling, using equipment where required
• Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full

We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our team so to make this possible, we offer :

Excellent rates of pay : up to £12.75 on Weekdays and £13.75 on Weekends

Paid travel time between visits

Paid mileage allowance between visits
