About The Role
Working Days: Sundays, 8.30am to 2.30pm

Key responsibilities include:
- The preparation, cooking, presentation, and service of meals to the highest standards.
- Providing food that complies with nutritional policies and hygiene standards.
- Ensuring timely plating and delivery to patient areas.
- Contributing to service development, including new menus and production systems.
- Submitting requisitions for additional food stores based on demand.
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria:
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate.
- Qualified Cook to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 standard and Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
- Knowledge and experience in various cooking methods, recipe formulation, and service requirements.
- Understanding of HACCP & COSHH, with training.
- Knowledge of Fire Safety in the kitchen setting.
- Allergen qualification/training.
