Your role as Zonal Leader... This is a rare opportunity for someone who's ready to take full ownership of a region, spearhead business development, and grow a high-performing team around them. You'll be the face of althaus in your zone - forging relationships, opening doors, and driving growth in apprenticeship provision across the digital and tech landscape. You won't be inheriting a territory - you'll be creating one. That means putting in the hard work, making strategic decisions, and setting the bar for future team members.

Responsibilities...

  • Build and execute a regional growth plan for digital apprenticeship engagement
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of employer partners across multiple sectors
  • Represent althaus at regional events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
  • Drive brand awareness and position althaus as a leading digital training provider
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team as your region scales
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and marketing teams to ensure learner and client success
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance and growth targets

What to expect during the interview process...

  • Stage 1: A 60-minute Teams call with our Chief Operations Officer – this is all about fit and feel.
  • Stage 2: An in-person interview at our office with our CEO and COO. This stage will also include a presentation activity to showcase your skills in action.
