Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
A 6-12 month placement as an Operating Technician. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, keeping our production plans on track. No day will be the same as you take on various tasks, from operating a wide range of machinery to meticulously packing our finished goods for transportation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring it runs within key control parameters.
- Be the master of packing, preparing our products for their journey to customers.
- Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring smooth operations.
- Own the safety and cleanliness of your work area, always keeping an eye out for potential improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: At least 5 GCSEs (A-C/4-9) including Maths, English & Science; continued education until 18.
- Desirable: A-Levels or BTEC in relevant subjects (Science, Maths, IT, Engineering, Business).
- A passion for manufacturing, excellent communication, organisational skills, and comfort with IT systems.
- Personal attributes like enthusiasm, self-motivation, keenness to learn, attention to detail, and a professional and team-oriented approach.
Work Pattern: Flexible, but likely days or a 24/5 schedule (shifts).
