YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they are comfortable and clean for our guests:
- Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Changing bed linen, replenishing bathroom amenities
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damage to guest bedrooms
- Ensuring the security of guest bedrooms and the privacy of guests
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests
- Attention to detail ensuring guest rooms are cleaned to the required standard
- Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks
