About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an Automatic Door Service Engineer to cover the South of England area. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a well-established company with over 30 years of industry experience, as they launch their newly expanded Servicing Department. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of automatic door systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance. Package: Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 + OT Company Van & Phone Uniform & Power tools provided Additional Benefits Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair automatic doors across various manufacturers. Ensure all equipment is restored to full working order, meeting BS 7036 and BS EN16005 safety standards. Provide scheduled maintenance and handle out-of-hours call-outs as required. Aim to resolve faults on the first visit, completing work within agreed timeframes. Maintain clear communication with customers, submit detailed reports on work carried out, and advise on any recommended actions or future work. Essential Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (Clean). Working knowledge of automatic door systems and related technologies. CSCS Card holder. ADSA or ADIA Card holder. Preferred: NVQ Level 2 accredited Skilled Worker. Understanding of BS 7036: 1996/2014 and BS EN16005: 2012 safety standards.
