We\’re recruiting a dynamic and experienced People Strategy Change and Communications Lead to drive the successful implementation of our People Strategy. We offer hybrid working for this opportunity. About the role HR Business Strategy is a recently established team within the HR function at CMS. Working closely with HR Business Partnering and Centre of Excellence colleagues, we own and develop the people strategy for the firm as well as ensuring HR work is joined up and aligned to the business. This is an exciting time to join a new team and support the delivery of a key programme of work for the firm. This role will be pivotal in managing change initiatives and ensuring effective communication across the organisation. You\’ll have a strong background in people strategy change management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing employee engagement and organisational culture. In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including: o Develop and implement change management strategies to support the People Strategy. o Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation plans. o Assessing the impact of change on different groups within the Organisation. o Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging. o Develop engaging content for various communication channels, including emails, intranet, and presentations. o Work alongside the EVP team in Talent Acquisition to align internal and external communication and branding. o Support regular updates and feedback to senior leadership and the HR Function on the progress of People Strategy. o Drafting emails and other forms of communication for a variety of audiences. o Work with the Firm’s comms team to align communication and messaging. o Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns. o Work alongside the Programme Manager and Change and Comms for Workday implementation to ensure alignment.
