About the Role
In this role, you will work in a luxury retail environment, sharing your passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues. Leading by example, you will inspire your team to generate sales, minimize losses, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while maintaining the store’s visual appeal.
Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and successful link selling skills to drive sales.
- Build outfits for customers, make product recommendations, and achieve store KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, staying updated on fashion trends.
- Ensure store maintenance, presentation, and organization are up to standard.
