What are we looking for?
- Essential Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation (writing posts, designing graphics, producing videos), developing and executing social media strategies, knowledge of scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite), strong writing/editing skills, and ability to analyze metrics.
- Desirable Experience: Managing social media for nonprofits or advocacy groups, familiarity with mental health campaigns, understanding accessibility best practices.

What will you be doing?
As a Volunteer Social Media Manager, you will lead the organisation’s social media efforts to increase engagement, raise awareness, and promote positive mental health conversations. Your role includes:
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok).
- Creating and overseeing engaging graphics, videos, and posts aligned with TBYMUK’s mission.
- Managing and supporting a team of volunteers, providing guidance and encouragement.
- Engaging with the online audience by responding to messages and comments.
- Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Collaborating with teams to promote projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
