Content strategy and creation: skilled in crafting and executing content strategies across multiple platforms, including visual and video-focused channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. Customer and ICP focus: a deep understanding of customer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), with experience refining target audiences to prioritise verticals and drive growth. Partnership and community development: proven track record in building strategic partnerships, fostering collaborations, and activating user-generated content (UGC) to grow communities and drive engagement. Data-driven approach: analytical mindset with expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to track performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and maximise ROI.
