Their Learning and Development division plays a key role in equipping staff with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
Your new role: As an Administrator within the team, you will support the delivery of high-quality training across the organisation. Based at the Innovation Centre, you will be the welcoming face for visitors and the people supported by our client, while also managing essential administrative tasks and compliance reporting. You will be organising training facilities, catering, managing meeting rooms and rooms to hire for external organisations. You will be the 'go to' person for the centre, so you should take pride in its smooth and efficient running.
What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in an administrative position, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills. You should bring a dynamic and professional approach to your work, along with strong IT literacy and the ability to manage your own diary effectively. Due to the location of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
