Interim Repairs Manager

We\’re looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to oversee responsive repairs for a Local Authority in the South East.

Key Duties:

• Lead day-to-day repairs operations

• Manage internal teams and contractors

• Ensure service standards and KPIs are met

• Drive performance and customer satisfaction

• Support compliance and health & safety

Requirements:

• Strong background in housing repairs

• Proven leadership and contractor management

• Immediate or short notice availability
