Are you an experienced support professional looking for a part-time opportunity? You MUST have PROVEN experience supporting a “head of” and team preferably within a Financial Services or Professional Services Arena. This is a part-time role, so we’re specifically looking for candidates with existing commitments that make part-time hours the right fit. You must be able to start in July 2025.
Duties
- Team Assistant supporting 3 Managing Directors and 6 Senior Directors
- Acting as a reliable gatekeeper while building strong relationships across a growing team
- Managing complex and extensive diaries for 9 team members
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation, producing itineraries, liaising with internal and external clients, and arranging foreign currency and passports/visas where required
- Assisting with a variety of projects
- Organising events and training sessions, both onsite and offsite
- Processing expenses
- Collaborating with the wider administrative team to provide seamless support to senior members of the London office
