Competitive Pay & Benefits: Up to Β£33,000 + service charge (approx. Β£2,000 p.a.).

As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a designated kitchen section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards while embracing our commitment to sustainability and locally sourced ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in your designated kitchen section.
  • Maintain quality standards for every dish and ingredient.
  • Monitor portion sizes and waste control to optimize profit margins.
  • Assist with stock control and ordering.
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
  • Passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining precision.
  • Organizational and time management expertise.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in professional cookery (desirable).
  • Must provide own knives.
