This luxury hotel nestled in the stunning Scottish Highlands is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef to join our award-winning culinary team. This is a live in position and offers you the opportunity to really push forward in your career and gain invaluable experience from some of the best chefs in the industry.
About Us: This venue is renowned for its exceptional hospitality and exquisite dining experiences. The kitchen is a hub of creativity and innovation, where they celebrate the finest local ingredients and culinary traditions. On site there is a beautiful kitchen garden where you will find chefs foraging for seasonal accessories. You will also be working with some of the finest local seasonal ingredients. It is a nice position for someone who really enjoys taste and flavour and who is investing in themselves. The ideal person wants to develop a career based around taste and flavour and is content in a remote beautiful wilderness.
