Are you a Graduate passionate about Education? We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our partner secondary schools in Telford and surrounding areas. If you’re keen to use your skills in an educational setting, this role offers the opportunity to support students while building meaningful relationships, encouraging engagement, and making a positive impact on their learning journey. No prior experience in education is required—we’re looking for individuals with a strong desire to pursue a career in teaching. By the end of your placement, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for our Initial Teacher Training program (contact us for more details).
What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate available for an immediate, full-time role (Monday to Friday).
- Someone who is passionate about education and building connections with students.
- A candidate eager to make a difference in students’ learning experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage and support students, helping them succeed academically and socially.
- Establish positive relationships with both students and staff.
- Provide consistent support at the same school, eliminating the uncertainty of different assignments.
- Potential for a full-time contract with the school in the future.
