Procore Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procore Business Analyst to support a large-scale Procore implementation for a leading data center or construction organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Procore\’s platform capabilities and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations in dynamic, enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Procore implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Serve as a Procore subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on platform features, capabilities, and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Utilize Procore for project planning, resource forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Support the development and optimization of workflows related to documentation and project management across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure consistent stakeholder communication and alignment through effective project governance and reporting.
• Identify and address potential risks and roadblocks, driving timely resolutions.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, with a strong focus on Procore platform implementations.
• Solid understanding of the Procore ecosystem and its integration capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working with large construction or data center organizations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Experience in working with complex mobile and web-based applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach to solution delivery.
• Highly adaptable and resilient, with strong critical thinking skills.
