Fomac agency require an experienced Finishing Site Manager. This role will be based in Wimbledon and starting in August. The job is for an experienced internals finishing manager with experience in student accommodation and fast fit out. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in fit-outs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing/Site Manager with internals & fit out experience essential and ideally experience with student accommodation
- Hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid (essential)
- Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards
- Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging lists
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality control
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate site/subcontractor teams and project managers to drive progress and resolve any issues effectively
- Right to work in the UK
- Competitive day rate (DOE)
