Main Purpose of the Role
The Performance Director (PD) supports the CMD in implementing and delivering strategic plans, driving sales, income growth, and operational excellence across Estate Agency, while supporting Financial Services and New Homes operations. The PD collaborates with Estate Agency Directors (EADs) to ensure goals are met and standards maintained. The role involves identifying performance gaps, driving remedial actions, and fostering a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and field engagement. While not directly managing EADs, the PD holds authority to ensure accountability and alignment with the CMD’s objectives.
