Our leading law firm client are actively looking to recruit an EUC Engineer (End User Computing Engineer, Intune, Azure, M365, PowerShell, Autopilot) on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis to support, maintain, develop, and deploy new and existing technology that maintain and support the firms environment. To lead on technical project work, as well as working closely with other technology services teams to deploy new EUC services.
Acting as technical escalation point for other teams the role will include ownership and accountability for incidents, requests, problems, changes, and governance activities.
Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification:
- Managing, owning, and resolving incidents, requests, or problems within the EUC Team support queue.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for systems and services supported by the EUC Team.
- Manage the environment via a combination of proactive monitoring, health-checks, and risk assessments to ensure the security, resilience, stability, and consistency of the business as usual environment.
- Working closely with the change teams as subject matter expert in your discipline you will be expected to actively contribute to discussions on current issues and the future strategic direction for enterprise EUC services.
- Continuously seek to improve and develop our EUC service and security management, patch management and configuration processes.
- Monitor the market to gain knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies and products within your area of expertise. Assess their relevance and potential value to the organisation and brief your Team manager.
Extensive experience of deploying and servicing:
- Windows 11 and M365 Apps for Enterprise.
- Configuration, deployment, and adoption of M365 workloads.
