The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.Responsibilities for the Commercial Lawyer role:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and licensing agreements and more.
Advising clients on corporate governance and compliance issues.
Broad commercial contract experience including (but not limited to) advising on and preparing
Master service agreements, framework agreements, and other procurement-related contracts (including experience of working as a member of the project team on such matters, helping clients to identify risks and mitigate these appropriately)
Supply of goods and services
E-commerce contracts and related documentation;
Conducting due diligence and assisting with transactional matters.
Providing legal support and guidance on general corporate and commercial issues.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Apportion your time between fee-earning, business development and supervising for junior members

Requirements for the Commercial Lawyer role:

Qualified solicitor CILEX or FILEX in England and Wales
5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
Strong knowledge of commercial contract law principles.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working on cross-border transactions is a plus.
