Responsibilities:

Within the Client Engagement team:

  • Formatting and amending PowerPoint slides for internal and external use.
  • Producing snapshots of potential clients.
  • General client support of delivery of BCVE methodology.
  • Note taking during meetings with senior leadership.
  • Client pipeline support through updating Salesforce.

Within the Service Delivery team:

  • Creating graphs and reports using PowerBI.
  • Analysis of client savings data for monthly reports.
  • Creating pivot tables for analysis of internal sourcing statistics.
  • Support with internal & client reporting/service delivery.
  • Help support the day-to-day running of client systems (ChainIQ SmartConnect portal).

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2nd or 3rd year university student with industrial placement. Business degree is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with various Microsoft programs, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Career aspirations aligned towards the world of procurement/consulting.
  • Lives in/has ability to commute into London at least 2 times a week.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, often to tight deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Highly organised and results driven.
