Working closely with the Digital Performance Manager, you\’ll play a key role in optimising digital activity across PPC, SEO, paid social, and display – ensuring campaigns deliver strong results and great customer experiences. Salary – £28,000 – £30,000 Closing Date – Friday 23rd May. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be at the heart of our marketing excellence, driving campaigns that connect with our audience and elevate our brand. Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, your day-to-day will include: Campaign Support & Execution Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, paid social, display, and other channels where necessary. Help build campaign briefs, set up tracking parameters, and coordinate go-live. Monitor live campaigns and support ongoing optimisation through data analysis and insights. Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) efforts. Performance Reporting & Analysis Support the creation of regular campaign performance reports, highlighting key KPIs such as traffic, conversions and CPA. Help track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and others. Work with the Digital Performance Manager to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration & Coordination Partner with internal teams such as Brand, Web, and Trade Marketing to support campaign execution and alignment. Liaise with external agencies and partners as needed to ensure campaign deliverables and timelines are met. Ensure consistent campaign messaging and brand alignment across all channels. Digital Marketing Development Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes. Take ownership of projects where necessary with guidance from the Digital Performance Manager. Bring new ideas and fresh thinking to the team—your voice and input are valued! What You’ll Bring To The Team We’re looking for an analytical minded colleague with a passion for marketing excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 2-3 years\’ experience in a digital marketing role, either in-house or agency side Proven track record in optimising digital campaigns for traffic, conversions and ROI Hands-on use of Google Analytics (GA4) for performance reporting Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making Hands-on campaign management via Google Ads and/or Meta Ads desirable Analytical mindset with confidence using Excel and reporting tools such as Looker Studio Clear communication of campaign performance and actionable insights Knowledge of SEO fundamentals to complement paid efforts Detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective at multitasking in fast-paced environments Why choose Magnet?
