Role Overview As part of our growth, we seek a Developer Experience Engineer to support our software engineering teams by bridging Platform and Development functions. This role is vital for maintaining and improving our development environment and workflows. Responsibilities Monitoring development environment performance. Optimizing build processes and pipelines. Supporting development environment issues and queries. Creating and maintaining base images for development and deployment. Establishing best practices and standard workflows for software development. Managing and updating developer tooling to ensure effectiveness. Requirements We are interested in candidates with experience in: Extensive AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker Ruby on Rails, SQL/NoSQL, Linux CI/CD systems, JS build tools Additional experience in Bash and TypeScript is a plus We appreciate your authentic self—AI tools can assist, but we value genuine human interaction during interviews.
