About the Role:
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care for older adults across acute, frailty, and community settings
- Lead and support frailty assessments, complex discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care coordination
- Develop and lead pathways in frailty, falls, dementia, or ortho-geriatrics depending on your subspecialty interests
- Play an active role in teaching, research, and service development
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Full GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Register (or within 6 months of CCT)
- CCT in Geriatric Medicine (or equivalent overseas qualifications)
- Clinical expertise in managing complex, multimorbid patients
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and leading service improvements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for providing holistic, patient-centred care to older people
