Job Description: Scaffolding Foreman Location: Global About Ogenus Offshore Ogenus Offshore is a manpower company based in the UK and Greece, providing skilled personnel to the energy sector. We support our clients with workforce solutions for offshore and onshore projects worldwide. This position is being offered on behalf of one of our trusted clients. The Role Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on assigned scaffolding activities. Key Responsibilities Ensure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standards. Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirements. Coordinate with work supervisors of other disciplines to understand the requirements of the scaffold to be done and give instructions to the team to execute the works accordingly. Coordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any difficulties to the works supervisor. Organise all means and equipment necessary to perform the work. Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies, and coordinate any corrective actions. Liaise with the works supervisor to optimize the use of scaffolding materials and personnel. Carry out daily toolbox talks. Ensure adherence to the planned time frame. Provide the work supervisor with data on manpower, equipment, tools, and materials used. Implement the permit-to-work system. Liaise with other disciplines on ongoing operations.
