About the role The role will be managing the global inventory levels for a set of spare parts. This role is office based in Basingstoke and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring >99% spare parts availability for breakdown Key responsibilities will include Regular review of parts identified as needing to be stocked as spares Regular review and optimisation of stock levels for each part based on historical usage and forecast Maintaining stock levels in each warehouse Coordinating inbound and outbound spare parts/returns shipments Maintaining and publishing KPI\’s ( supported by the team) Highlighting and escalating where stock levels are low or there is a stock out. Management of purchase orders as required to support the purchasing team Running reports in ERP system (Sage), to maintain stock levels in global warehouses Analysing reports and use data to support on time delivery data to customers Essential Skills & Experience Inventory management/warehousing Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experienced in a manufacturing environment Confident in dealing with 3rd party suppliers Supplier relationships & purchase order processing Reporting experience i.e. Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems Desirable Skills & Experience Experienced using Sage200 Global warehousing stocking experience Excel intermediate skills e.g. vlookup Vision RT is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and development without regard to race, colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
