What You Will Accomplish Here… As a Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in the operation, administration, and development of key applications used by our global organization, as well as contributing to the overall operation of our global network. This position will primarily focus on the maintenance, upgrades, administration, and development of the Atlassian JIRA and ServiceNow systems. Additionally, you will work with our operations team on maintaining our global network infrastructure, including system maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting virtual server environments, network security, application management, and LAN/WAN analysis. Complete administration tasks including planning upgrades/enhancements, applying patches, and user management of the global JIRA system. Analyze JIRA workflows and processes, making updates based on business requirements. Administer and update the company\’s ServiceNow incident management system, including upgrades and patches. Develop new workflows and reports for the ServiceNow ticketing system. Analyze system and application performance, taking corrective actions as needed. Maintain and support interconnectivity between EMEIA offices and international locations. Review network monitoring tools and anomalies weekly. Update network infrastructure equipment as necessary. Deploy, configure, maintain, and support networking equipment and systems. Keep documentation and diagrams regarding system functionality up to date. Assist with LAN/WAN infrastructure installation as needed. Conduct LAN/WAN analysis to ensure optimal network performance, including monthly utilization reports. Resolve issues within LAN/WAN environments. Ensure the integrity and 24/7 availability of network data through backup monitoring. Troubleshoot Azure AD and Azure systems. Communicate projects and priorities with global team members and IT management weekly. Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Skills Minimum of two (2) years experience in a related enterprise network environment. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline preferred. Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of administering ServiceNow. Proficiency with Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of network topology and remote access devices. Experience with virtual environments, VMWare preferred. Flexibility to support business needs and work independently. Strong attention to detail and communication skills in English. Availability for flexible hours and travel to EMEIA offices.
