Now, about the role: we are looking for an exceptional midweight graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about creating award-winning, impactful design work. You should be able to turn briefs into creative solutions, question conventions, and lead clients toward the best outcomes. Your work should tell compelling stories through visual design, simplifying complex ideas and delivering clear, engaging messages. You will be responsible for creating: Brand identities and guidelines Marketing materials such as reports and brochures Point of sale and wayfinding solutions Sales documents, concepts, and pitches Social media content You’re a team player, confident in collaborating with strategists, photographers, copywriters, and clients. Excellent communication skills and industry awareness are essential. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and eager to develop your skills. Key requirements include: Four+ years of agency or similar experience A diverse portfolio demonstrating your skills Experience in digital and print design Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Strong storytelling and conceptual abilities Knowledge of digital standards and basic web design (a plus) Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines A proactive attitude and a desire for continuous learning What’s in it for you?
