About the role
You will be part of the technology team, supporting the business by providing bespoke systems that give CFC a competitive edge. You will work within our Technology Operations team to support internal and external customers, resolve escalated incidents, and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include deploying projects, building CSI initiatives, and maintaining IT operations to enable approximately 1000 employees across the UK, US, and Australia to work effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for IT/application incidents and requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Maintain automations and collaborate with CSI & Development teams to improve services.
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience with Intune management, supporting Windows and iOS devices, and a background in 2nd/3rd line support. Essential skills include:
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
