The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent role based in Hitchin. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, confident, driven individual who would be looking to get into a Recruitment role whilst working for an ever-growing and vibrant agency. We are keen to teach, develop and inspire New Consultants to become Top Earner consultants.

Job Spec

  • Resourcing and calling candidates and ensuring information is updated on the in-house CRM system
  • Cold calling to obtain new business/leads and information
  • Following up on any leads given by candidates/clients and colleagues
  • Building new relationships with customers to obtain new business
  • Lead generation and gathering market intelligence
  • Writing and posting job adverts on company website/social media and other ways to ensure candidates are sourced for placements
  • Building relationships with clients to ensure business is kept
  • Qualifying job specifications
  • Placing candidates on client sites, ensuring check-ins have been completed and systems updated
  • Complete all registration documents for candidates including all legal documents, i.e. I.D
  • Arrange interviews for clients if requested
  • Continually look at other opportunities within our market to obtain new vacancies/business
  • Work with your colleagues as a team to ensure client needs are fulfilled

Skills & Abilities

  • Previous Sales/Account Management experience would be an advantage
  • Have a confident/friendly telephone manner at all times and able to talk to people at different levels
  • Administration experience
  • Be confident to cold call and be able to build rapport quickly
  • Be able to quickly build strong client relationships and continue to develop your accounts
  • A strong team player who has pace, confidence and energy
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a reactive environment
  • Computer literate
  • GCSE at a level C & above
