Cleantech People is seeking a part-time Admin Assistant based in Cardiff, offering a hybrid working arrangement. About the Role
- Hybrid working. Initially the role is based on site only and once trained there may be the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
- Enhanced DBS may be required for this role.
- You must be UK based and have the right to work in the UK.
- For office based and hybrid roles, your commute to the place of work must be less than 1 hour.

Whatβs involved with this role:
An Admin Assistant is needed to provide Business Support to the Learning Disability and Day Centre teams in Adult Services. The role and responsibility will include meeting and greeting visitors to the building, overseeing the reception desk functions. Duties also involve updating databases (CareFirst) and spreadsheets, managing a team mailbox, placing orders for goods/services via SAP, paying invoices, the administration of the team Barclaycard, taking team minutes and other general office duties.
This is part-time job share post. The hours of work: 4 hours on a Wed β can be flexible, 8.30am β 5pm Thurs and 8.30am β 4.30pm Fri. There is some flexibility with the hours and this could be discussed at interview.
