Our Client has a beautiful nursing home, nestled away in the village of Rocester, near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. This peaceful, warm and friendly home was originally a beautiful Grade II listed manor house, and it has been tastefully converted, retaining many original features. They offer an exceptional high standard of care, coupled with state-of-the-art equipment, making this home a great working environment for staff members.

Position: Senior Care Assistant

Due to their focus on delivering the highest standard of care, they are now seeking a Senior Care Assistant of the highest standard to further enhance their care.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, preferably with some experience in a care home environment.
2. Responsibility for assessing all aspects of each resident’s care needs and maintaining accurate records.
3. Delivering care professionally through direct care and effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team.
4. Possess a kind, caring, and calm approach.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
