Position Overview

We are seeking elite, highly skilled wellness professionals to join our growing team. Whether you specialize in Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Chiropractic, or Massage Therapy, this role offers you the opportunity to provide one-on-one, concierge services to high-end clientele across New England. You will be entrusted to bring not only your expertise but also a polished, client-first presence that embodies our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, results-oriented wellness sessions tailored to client goals (strength, mobility, recovery, stress reduction, or overall health).
• Provide on-site services (home, office, luxury residence, or corporate environment) with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Assess client needs and design structured, progressive programs that deliver measurable improvements.
• Educate and motivate clients, creating a supportive and inspiring environment.
• Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team of trainers, yoga instructors, Pilates coaches, chiropractors, and massage therapists to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate client notes and progress tracking to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Represent The Traveling Trainer brand with a polished, concierge presence.

Qualifications

• Certification or licensure in your specialty (NASM/ACE/ACSM for trainers, RYT for yoga, PMA for Pilates, DC for chiropractic, LMT for massage therapy, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with proven results and client retention.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and a luxury service mindset.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
