The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (EU) to lead growth across our hospitality category. You’ll focus on expanding our presence with hotel chains, laundries, care homes, hospitals, and boutique accommodation providers across Europe. The role includes both acquiring new business and nurturing key accounts, ensuring our offerings remain best-in-class in quality and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development
- Identify potential clients and markets across Europe using research and industry insights
- Reach out via phone, email, and social media to build new client relationships
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Prepare tailored presentations and proposals
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Inform clients of new developments and seasonal launches
- Drive category sales targets and revenue growth
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Schedule regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Work with design and product teams to deliver bespoke solutions
- Coordinate with suppliers and factories for seamless execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in hospitality textile sales (bath and bed categories)
- Strong existing relationships within hotel chains, institutional laundries, care homes, or hospitals
- Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building ability
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
