About the Role
Support our Advanced Wound Management and Global Supply Chain teams by providing data analysis and reporting. Identify opportunities for improvement and problem-solving within our supply chain through proactive data review. This role is ideal for someone curious and driven to analyze data for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and craft reports supporting key performance indicators.
- Streamline reporting processes and prepare presentations.
- Collaborate with teams to automate reporting and develop solutions.
- Prepare narratives for management decision-making.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage forecast and budget information for reporting.
- Support manufacturing strategy projects with reporting and data support.
- Provide training and support for reporting systems.
- Write and maintain report queries.
- Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence and IT teams to share best practices and automate reports.
- Manage reporting requirements from scope to post-go-live.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT and systems, with a strong understanding of core business functions within the Global Supply Chain.
- Experience with SAP, Maestro, Power BI, and SAP query is essential.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, along with excellent communication skills, are highly desirable to translate requirements into insightful reports.
